Through the 2000s, MML expanded its commercial portfolio. This period saw the completion of multiple institutional, commercial, and government-led developments, establishing MML as a reliable and quality-driven real estate partner.
By 2010, MML had diversified across multiple sectors within real estate and construction. The company strengthened its network, upgraded its technical capabilities, and continued to deliver high-value projects that reinforced its credibility across the region.
Leveraging decades of MML’s experience, the next generation founded MNB Buildfab in 2020. The vision was simple: create boutique luxury residences with design, precision, and lifestyle at the forefront.
Building on the success of AV1, MNB launched 6P, a contemporary premium residential project known for its modern layouts and functional luxury.
MNB introduced its first boutique luxury project. AV1 set the tone for the brand through thoughtful architecture, premium specifications, and curated living experiences.
Within five years of inception, MNB delivered yet another milestone with AV2. The brand established itself as one of the fastest growing luxury developers in Gurugram.
MNB is now gearing up for its next landmark: Ananta Vilasa Goa. With a strong legacy behind it and an ambitious future ahead, MNB continues to shape elevated living for the modern Indian homebuyer.
